Our support

Armed forces resettlement: your service built the skills. We’ll help you build the career.

We have a strong, proven track record of placing armed forces veterans into the built environment sector.

Supporting service leavers and veterans

We work closely with armed forces charities, resettlement agencies and the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to support ex-service personnel into meaningful careers.

Military service instils leadership, adaptability, resilience and problem-solving β€” qualities employers consistently seek. Service leavers bring vocational training and qualifications in engineering, construction and facilities management.

Moving into a new career can be challenging. That’s why we’re committed to helping veterans find opportunities where their expertise is truly valued.

FAQs

Your questions answered

When should I get in touch?

As early as possible in your resettlement. We can help you understand the market, salaries and which courses will add the most value before you leave.

Do I need civilian qualifications?

Not always. Many military qualifications map well to civilian roles. We’ll advise on any gaps and how to close them.

Is there a cost to me?

No. Our service is free for service leavers and veterans.

Which civilian roles suit ex-military engineers?

Data centre shift engineering, critical facilities maintenance, building services, FM supervision and construction site management are common pathways for ex-Forces technicians.
